Multidisciplinary Support

The bariatric surgeons at Plaza Medical Center of Fort Worth would like to have the opportunity to introduce you to our comprehensive program, which incorporates medical, nutritional, psychological, and surgical components.

Our multidisciplinary support team will evaluate you prior to surgery and provide follow–up treatment and education after surgery. Team members are chiefly responsible for the medical, nutritional, and psychological components of your care, and will help you make the lifestyle changes that are necessary to a successful outcome.

Having bariatric surgery comes about only through a careful, deliberate process that takes into account all of the benefits and risks. The bariatric surgery team at Plaza Medical Center will provide you with complete, accurate information to assist you in making an informed decision.
